| Work Permits |
The Work Permit is the most popular form of permission obtained by overseas nationals who wish to work in the specific country. The application is split into two main tiers. Tier1 caters to intra-company transfers, inward investment and senior board members. Tier 2 enables skilled non-EEA nationals to come and work in the UK.Tier 1 also provides for individuals urgently required in the specific country due to labour shortages in particular professions. Work Permits will issue the work permit for specific person and a specific job. The work permit scheme is designed to let employers recruit or transfer people from outside the EEA and this includes bringing people to the UK for training and work experience. |
